happy babies

one of the most fullfilling things about being a grandparent is knowing what makes your babies happy. it didn't take long after Biggie started serving up "happy cow" milk to john david and julia to realize that she had found the magic pill! now, every few weeks a small shipment of happy cow milk leaves longmont headed for san angelo and we know what the expected reaction will be. happy, happy, happy . . . and before long we may have to increase the shipment by 1/3 in order to accomodate another 'lil happy face!

fall has officially arrived!

it's here now. the hay, the punkins and the mums. the geese are flying at dawn and returning at dusk. the mornings are chilled, the days are warm and the nights can seem cold. fall has officially arrived in colorado. in a few more weeks the flowers will fade and we can look forward to welcoming another friend. old man winter. i love the seasons . . .
